After six months at Core-Backbone GmbH, we asked our Sales Manager, Dennis Hofem, about his experience, how he settled in, and the impressions he has gathered so far.

– How have you experienced your first six months at Core-Backbone?
Very well, but also quite intense. I had the opportunity to take on new tasks and dive into many new topics.
– Do you feel well integrated into your team and the company?
Absolutely yes! From day one, I was fully integrated into both the team and the company. Everyone was always open to my—quite frequent—questions. A big thank you to everyone for the great onboarding!
– Do your responsibilities align with the expectations you had before starting?
Yes, all expectations and agreements have been fully met.
– Do you feel that your strengths and skills are being well utilized?
I would say yes, but I also believe there’s always room for more 😊
– How do you perceive the work environment and company culture?
Amazing! Core-Backbone is a great team. I really appreciate the open communication and the way employees interact at all levels.
– What has positively surprised you the most over the past six months?
I was particularly impressed by the personal onboarding provided by my team leader, Andreas Götz. With great dedication, time, and patience, he supported me every single day.
