As an IT specialist trainee and member of the support team, Dominik Geruzel is responsible for direct customer support. One of his main tasks is to process tickets in our support system in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
In the summer, he celebrated his 2-year anniversary with the company.

1. 1. What is your position at Core-Backbone?
      My usual tasks include looking after our customers and providing the hardware.
   2. What is special about your job? What do you like about your duties?
      The fact that you always learn something new, because IT is a huge field.
   3. How did you enter CBB?
      Via an advertisement on the Internet.
   4. What personality traits should you have as an IT specialist?Staying calm, especially when something becomes much worse than you initially thought.
   5. What are your professional goals?
      I want to continue my education to become a cybersecurity expert.
   6. Would you recommend the apprenticeship at CBB to others? Why?
      As long as there is interest in IT, definitely!
      
   7. What has been the biggest challenge you have faced at CBB so far?
      To overcome myself and to take on tasks in which I am less skilled and to learn them slowly but surely.
   8. How would you rate the work-life balance at CBB?
      Personally, I would like to start earlier, but that’s just because I wake up at 06:00. Apart from that, I can’t complain.
   9. What do you like to do after work?
      There are a lot of things: I play video games, program, model objects in blender, play card games like Magic the Gathering. I am a DM (Dungeon Master) in various pen & paper games and I love playing board games like chess. I like to ride around on a longboard.
      
   10. What do you appreciate about CBB?
       

       The colleagues you can always ask questions. If you don’t know something, you get a very good explanation, even if it happens more than once on the same subject.
