Max Heinze is employed as an apprentice IT specialist for system integration. This summer he celebrated his first anniversary at Core-Backbone. As a system integrator and member of the support team, Max is responsible for direct customer service.

Max also looks after several areas in our data centres. He carries out technical installations on devices and repairs them when necessary. As well as this, he also takes care of the cabling of devices in the data centre.

1. What is your position at Core-Backbone?
   I am an apprentice in the 1st year of my apprenticeship and part of the support team. I am mostly busy with customer tickets.
2. What is special about your job? What do you like about your duties?
   I particularly like working with colleagues and solving problems.
3. Would you recommend the apprenticeship at CBB to others? Why?
   I would recommend the training at CBB to others, because I find the work very interesting and I get along very well with the colleagues.
4. What are your professional goals?
   I would like to finish my apprenticeship first and then definitely continue my work as a system integrator.
5. How do you like it in Nuremberg?
   Nuremberg is my hometown. I feel most at home here.
6. How would you rate the work-life balance at CBB?
   I would rate the work-life balance at CBB very good.
7. What personality traits should you have as a system integrator?
   I think it is important to be concentrated in your work, not to lose sight of your own work steps and to have an interest in the subject matter.
8. What do you appreciate about CBB?
   I especially appreciate our company events where you get to know your colleagues even better and do things that you wouldn’t normally do.
9. What do you like to do after work?
   I like meeting friends and playing video games on the PC.
10. How did you enter CBB?
    I applied via an online job advertisement.
