At the end of August, Core-Backbone setup the second PoP in the London metropolitan region, in Slough, in the Equinix LD 5 data center.

The new core backbone site is located in the west of the city, in Slough. The Equinix campus spans six data centers. These are Equinix LD 4 to 7 as well as LD 10 and 13x.
