Head of Support
Steffen Zimmermann has worked for Core-Backbone GmbH since 2016.
He is responsible for the department of support.
Steffen began his work at Core-Backbone in 2016 as an apprentice
IT specialist for system integration. Not only after his graduation in 2019,
he was able to constantly expand his professional knowledge and contribute it to our team.
Today, he leads our customer support as Head of Support. At the same time, he enjoys passing on his extensive knowledge by mentoring our system integration trainees.
In his private life, Steffen finds a balance between the technical and the “analog” world:
His free time is characterized by working on his own infrastructure as well as tinkering and soldering
at the workbench. He finds balance in walks, bike rides,
and cozy evenings in a close circle.
